We support the growth of startups, innovative businesses, and SMEs by connecting founders and investors.
The Tithe Value invests in innovation and operates as a hybrid between a Private Equity fund and a Venture Capital firm, with the advantage of avoiding the structural costs and limitations typical of these investment vehicles. Instead, it maintains the flexibility, transparency, and regulatory framework of a Public Company.
The Tithe Value follows an investment model structured around three complementary pillars, providing investors with a unique combination of asset stability, progressive growth, and exceptional return potential.
About us
We build technology ecosystems with a long-term industrial vision.
We are a holding company focused on building and developing a portfolio of technology businesses across digital infrastructure, fintech, and innovation linked to real assets, with a long-term industrial approach.
Unlike a traditional investment fund, The Tithe Value directly owns and develops its assets, fostering operational synergies and strategic alignment across its portfolio companies.
Our goal is to build an integrated ecosystem of scalable initiatives capable of generating sustainable value over time.
We achieve this by actively investing in and developing a selected group of companies, creating value through integration, governance, and long-term strategic growth.

Our approach
Vision, Mission and Values
The Tithe Value is, above all, a vision: by harmonizing finance, the real economy, and a “pro bono” component, it brings together people and organizations around clear and shared values. It makes relationships based on mutual trust its intangible asset.
The Tithe
The Tithe Value owes its name to the traditional practice of the ecclesiastical “tithe,” which involved dedicating ten percent of profits to activities.
Defining characteristic
The Tithe Value is unique in the market as it creates an ecosystem based on relationships and shared values, offering three major advantages:
-
For investors, a vehicle to generate profits.
-
For entrepreneurs, a tool to grow their businesses.
-
For beneficiaries, a “pro bono” action through the received “tithe.”
The Tithe Value: because before distributing, value must be generated.

The Tithe Value
Three tools in one
Like a Venture Capital, we invest in emerging companies in the FinTech and technological innovation sectors, selecting those with scalable business models and the potential to achieve exponential growth in just a few years. We believe in revolutionary ideas and support them from seed capital through to advanced funding stages.
We embrace the principles of Private Equity, assisting small and medium-sized enterprises with growth potential that require expertise and capital to expand or restructure. We focus on turnaround strategies, operational strengthening, and opening up new markets, with a tailored approach.
We apply turnaround finance principles, acquiring equity in already structured companies through work-for-equity operations or targeted share swaps. These strategic agreements allow us to create synergies between our portfolio and leading companies, amplifying mutual growth opportunities and attracting new investors.
Invest, grow, and participate: a “three-in-one” approach focused on creating long-term value.

Our portfolio

The strategy of The Tithe Value is based on building a coherent and integrated portfolio of technology assets.
We create long-term value through active ownership and participation; integration of capabilities across portfolio companies; development of innovative and scalable business models; and the maintenance of strong governance and clear strategic direction.
An approach that enables the Company to position itself as a flexible, forward-looking technology holding.
